Cancelation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 28, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a US$100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after October 28, 2024. Please submit all requests to CBSCA staff via email at events@copper-brass.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

If the 2024 CBSCA Red Metals Summit is canceled by the hotel, state or local officials for reasons beyond our control, all registration fees will be refunded.

 

Transfers

If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for no additional fee.

 

Nonmember Companies

Spouses/Companions

All spouses/companions are welcome to attend the social events. Spouses/companions are delegates accompanying a CBSCA member or non-member as a guest. If you work for a CBSCA member company or a non-member company in the copper and brass industry, you may not register as a spouse/companion.
