Golf Outing at Cove Cay Golf Club

Cove Cay’s Golf Course is located along Tampa Bay in Pinellas County. From the spectacular fairways, luscious greens and challenging target golf, Cove Cay Golf Club is a memorable destination golf experience.

Known for amazing views of Old Tampa Bay and an abundance of wildlife make Cove Cay a golf course that you won’t want to miss! Cove Cay was designed by course architect David Wallace and, with much water to contend with along with the usual dose of Florida sand, this championship course is an incredible test of golf.
11:15 a.m.  –  Meet in hotel lobby for group transportation to course
11:45 a.m.  –  Buss arrives at golf course 
12:30 p.m.  – Shotgun start 
5:00 p.m.  – Busses return golfers to the hotel after the conclusion of the tournament 

Cost includes transportation to and from Cove Cay Golf Course, boxed lunch, cart, driving range and golf fees. 

Optional Tour: Cruisin’ Tiki Boat

Cruise around Clearwater Beach on a floating tiki bar. These one-of-a-kind tiki boats are the best way to experience the beautiful waters of Clearwater Beach. This tour has it all! You'll take in views of Clearwater Beach from the Gulf of Mexico and admire the many stunning homes and boats that line the harbor, all while sipping your favorite drink. You may even have up-close encounters with dolphins, manatees and other wildlife.

Bring your own beverages of choice, plus any food or snacks you'd like to enjoy. BYOB – alcohol is allowed on the boat, but you must bring your own. A small liquor shop is located on the dock if you would like to purchase anything before you board. 

Each tiki cruise boat has USCG-certified captains, coolers with ice and Bluetooth radio so you can play your favorite tunes. Each Cruisin’ Tiki can hold up to six people and CBSA has reserved four tiki boats. Maximum capacity for this tour is 24 guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tour Schedule
3:00 p.m.  –  Meet in the hotel lobby to walk to the dock together (approximately 2-minute walk) 
3:15 p.m.  –  Boats depart
4:45 p.m.  – Boats return to dock

Dress: Wear comfortable casual clothes. Wear a swimsuit if you would like to jump into the water. A hat or sunglasses are suggested as is sunscreen.


Table Top Display Set Up

Table top displays will be open during breaks and meals during the Business Sessions. One table top is available per company. Each company is welcome to provide any other presentation and/or promotional materials, such as a laptop with demos, marketing collateral and/or giveaways (e.g., pens). Each company will be responsible for setting up and tearing down their own table top presentations, as well as shipping or bringing any presentation materials to the hotel.     
There is no fee to have a table top at the 2022 Convention. Availability is limited and will be available on a first come basis.
