The annual meetings (conventions) of the Association are open only to those individuals employed by servicenters or supplier members of CBSA, and a selected few invited guests.

The convention does not include a "trade show". Featured is an intense two-day program of business sessions, designed to offer practical business infomation which delegates can take home and apply directly into their companies' operations to enhance productivity and increase profitability.
